  1. ​​Services
    - Humour InCorporated provides workshops for teams and individuals. Details of specific workshop inclusions will be outlined in a written work agreement provided to each client prior to workshop commencement.
     

  2. Payment Terms
    - Payments of invoices are due in full 30 days latest after the training date, and payment can be by BACS, Cheque or International Bank Transfer. Unpaid Invoices: Where invoices remain unpaid, Humour InCorporated reserves the right to charge interest on the outstanding balance at the rate of 1.5% per month (or part month) until the account is settled.
     

  3. Purchase Orders
    - Purchase Orders, or equivalent order confirmations, must be issued by the Client before reserved dates can be confirmed by Humour InCorporated.
     

  4. Client Responsibilities
    - Clients are expected to provide all necessary information prior the workshop, including who is attending, and where. Humour InCorporated is not responsible for delays caused by missing materials or lack of communication.
     

  5. Workshop Rooms 
    For in-company training events, it is the Client’s responsibility to ensure that adequate facilities are made available. Humour InCorporated will not take responsibility for problems arising from inadequate facilities, procedures or availability.
     

  6. Liability
    - Humour InCorporated cannot be held responsible for any damages or loss, consequential or otherwise, resulting from the use of their products or supply of their services.
     

  7. Cancellation of Workshops
    - In the event that the Client needs to cancel or postpone a workshop event and the Client is unable to provide Humour InCorporated with a minimum of thirty (30) days written notice prior to the date, then 50% of the Workshop Charge is payable. If less than seven (7) day’s written notice is provided, then the full Workshop Charge shall be payable. If over thirty (30) days’ notice is given, and any workshop materials have been created on behalf of the Client, or with any customisation specific to the Client, then 25% of the Workshop Charge shall be payable, regardless of the date of cancellation. Any non-refundable costs of travel or hotels that have been booked on behalf of the client shall also be re-charged to the client.
     

  8. Intellectual Property Rights
    - All workshop materials are owned by Humour InCorporated and are not to be distributed with the intent of replicating the workshop environment. 
     

  9. Confidentiality
    - All sensitive business information shared during our work together will be kept confidential. We will never share your materials with third parties without your consent.
     

  10. Legal Jurisdiction
    - These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of them are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any legal proceedings will be handled within this jurisdiction.
     

  11. Changes to These Terms
    - We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
